What the Revenue Infrastructure Review Is
The Revenue Infrastructure Review is a structured diagnostic engagement, Phase 1 of the AallDigitals engagement model. It is not a sales call, not a proposal meeting, and not a general business consultation. It is a focused, data-driven examination of the five conversion variables that determine how efficiently your business converts market interest into closed revenue.
It takes between two and three hours of client time across the engagement, plus a data preparation period. The output is a document that most clients describe as the most specific, quantified analysis of their revenue system they have ever received.
"Every client who has completed a Phase 1 Review has left with a clearer picture of their revenue system than they had going in, regardless of whether they proceed with Phase 2. That is by design."
The Four Outputs
The Baseline Revenue Model
A structured mapping of all five revenue variables against your actual numbers. Inquiry volume, appointment rate, show rate, close rate, and average sale value, documented, compared against industry benchmarks, and used to calculate your current revenue efficiency ratio.
The Leakage Map
A visual representation of where revenue is being lost in your current system, at each conversion point, and what proportion of total opportunity each leakage point represents. Most clients see their biggest gap for the first time in this document.
The Annual Impact Estimate
A modelled projection of what closing each identified gap is worth annually at your current volume. Expressed as a conservative estimate, a realistic estimate, and a ceiling estimate, all based on your data, not industry averages.
The Priority Infrastructure Plan
A prioritised list of infrastructure interventions, ordered by annual impact and implementation complexity. This is the roadmap for Phase 2, but it is also a standalone document that any business can use to guide their own infrastructure improvements, regardless of whether they proceed with us.
The Decision That Follows
At the conclusion of the Revenue Infrastructure Review, there is a clear decision point. Based on the outputs, the leakage map, the impact estimate, and the priority plan, both parties determine whether a Phase 2 engagement is the right next step.
There is no obligation to proceed. The Phase 1 output is valuable on its own, and some clients use it to guide internal improvements without external support. For businesses where the impact estimate is significant and the priority plan aligns with what we build, Phase 2 is typically a straightforward decision.
Who the Review Is For
The Revenue Infrastructure Review is designed for appointment-driven businesses that are generating consistent inbound enquiries and want to understand how efficiently those enquiries are converting. It is not appropriate for businesses in pre-revenue stage, businesses with fewer than 15 monthly appointments, or businesses looking for general business advice.
Of Phase 1 Reviews that surface at least one significant leakage point worth more than the cost of Phase 2
We have not yet completed a Phase 1 Review where the annual impact estimate of the top-priority infrastructure gap was less than the cost of the Phase 2 engagement required to close it. This is what informs the structure of the engagement: the diagnostic always leads.
Applications are reviewed before the engagement begins. If the business profile does not fit the model, we decline the application and explain why. If it does, the Phase 1 Review begins within a defined timeframe. You can apply at the link below.
